The National Childbirth Trust (NCT) wants all parents to have an experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood that enriches their lives and gives them confidence in being a parent.

There are around 400 branches of the NCT in the UK and we cover North Tyneside and South East Northumberland. We provide information and contact points for breastfeeding and postnatal support, have activities/groups such as antenatal classes, bumps and babes, nearly new sales, toddler groups and occasional parties.
